negotiation and process.
Rather than focusing on transactions alone,
my approach centres on helping clients understand:

• push clients toward decisions they’re not ready for

Background
Before entering real estate, I spent many years working in a
strategy- and detail-driven environment where outcomes depended on
planning, communication and execution.
That background influences how I work in property today —
with a strong focus on preparation, positioning,
and managing expectations clearly from the outset.
How I Think About Property
I don’t believe property decisions should be rushed or oversimplified.
Markets change.
Buyer behaviour shifts.
What worked last year may not work today.
My role is to help clients interpret what’s happening now,
rather than relying on assumptions or outdated advice.
